College Board

The College Board has ultimate accountability for and authority over the College; it's responsibility is to ensure the College acts with financial integrity, complies with the law and operates effectively and ethically.

Mark Ruff 
B.Build (R.M.I.T.), has been a board member since 2011 and a member of the Capital Projects Committee since 2001.  Mark was appointed Chair of the Board in 2012.

He is owner and director of Qanstruct (Aust) Pty Ltd,  which has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial and commercial builidngs.

Mark currently has three children attending the College.

BTh, DipMin, MTh was appointed to the Board in 2010 and has been a parent at the College since 2007.  Glenn currently has two children at the College and is the Vicar of the Brimbank Anglican Church.

Mr Manny Stamatopoulos
has been associated with the College since 1992

Manny’s two sons are now Old Collegians. 

Having initially served on the P&F Committee including two years as Chairperson, Manny was appointed to the Board in 2003.

Manny is the CEO of an automotive industry organisation and a Director of 3 further companies.

Mr Don  Hilton
BCom, MBus (Finance), Grad Dip Fin, CA, CPA, FCIS, MAICD, CFTP was appointed to the Board in 2003.

Don has a daughter and two sons who are now Old Collegians.

Don is the Finance Director of a large retail group.

Mr Andy Matiszak
LFAIBS, MIE (Aust), DIP.CE, BSC, BIC, SIC, is a foundation parent of the College, with his last of 4 children finishing in 2009 and his oldest son is the current Chair of the Old Collegians since 2008.

Andy has served on the Board since 1993, seven years as Deputy Chair and is also the Chair of the Capital Projects Committee.

Andy has his own consultancy business in the building and construction industry.

Ms Michelle McLean
B.Comm, Ass. CPA, FCIS, was appointed to the Board in 2004 and is Chair of the Governance Committee.

Michelle is the CEO and managing partner of a large city law firm.

Victor Peplow B.Bus (Accounting), CPA

Victor is Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Corporate Services in the education sector.  He was appointed to the Board in 2011, and is Chair of the Finance Committee.

Victor has been a parent at the College since 2003 and has two daughters who currently attend the College.
