GENERAL INFORMATION
(Last update December 3, 2008)
Working bees are regularly held at both campuses with the aim of maintaining and developing the school grounds and facilities.
Working bees are held on Saturdays commencing at 8.30am until 4.30pm. Parents are able to attend working bees held at either Keilor or Taylors Lakes campuses (or both) as working bees at both campuses are sometimes held on different dates during the term. An additional working bee is held during the term holidays which prepares the school grounds for the start of each term.
Hours are credited in the term that the hours are done, however parents who attend a working bee during term holidays can choose to credit the hours in the term proceeding or following. This should be recorded on the sign-in sheet.
It is preferred that parents stay for the duration of the working bee however if this is not possible hours will be credited for actual hours worked. Time of arrival and time of departure plus home telephone number and signature must be recorded on the sign-in sheet.
